The selected contractor will serve as a strategic partner to F5CA by providing federal legislative and budget monitoring, policy analysis, relationship-building with California's congressional delegation and relevant federal agencies, development of advocacy materials, and strategic counsel to support the advancement and protection of early childhood policies and investments that benefit children and families in California. This work will help elevate California's early childhood priorities in federal legislative, budget, and administrative processes and support the advancement of priorities identified in First 5 California's Strategic Plan and First 5 California's Policy Agenda.
