This is not a strategy-only or advisory engagement. While the selected firm will be expected to assess, package, and recommend strategies, the core purpose of this contract is implementation. Selected contractor will be expected to develop and execute actionable plans within the first quarter of the contract year for full implementation through the first 12 months of the contract.
