RFP Citywide Real Property Reassessment

The City of Syracuse is seeking a contractor for solicitation 27-123 to provide professional appraisal services in preparation for a potential citywide real property reassessment with a Final Roll date of March 31, 2028. The project requires the use of Computer-Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) for residential, commercial, industrial, and vacant land properties, ensuring full compliance with the New York State Real Property Tax Law, USPAP standards, and ORPTS guidelines.
