RFP - CNHS Medical Gas Services

The Cherokee Nation is soliciting proposals for comprehensive annual testing, inspection, preventative maintenance, and repair services for medical gas and vacuum systems across eleven of its health facilities located in Oklahoma. The contract, identified as Procurement #164640, requires vendors to perform 100% outlet and inlet testing at each facility, with up to three trips per facility included in the base scope, and to provide a blanket repair allowance for deficiencies identified during routine checks or throughout the year. Services must comply with NFPA 55 and NFPA 99 standards, manufacturer specifications, and Cherokee Nation Health Services infection control protocols.
