RFP CNPH Janitorial Services

The Cherokee Nation is soliciting proposals for janitorial services at two locations in Tahlequah, Oklahoma: The Clinic in the Woods and the Cherokee Hills office building. The selected contractor will provide all necessary labor, supervision, tools, equipment, and supplies to perform routine cleaning tasks three times per week, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting high-touch surfaces, and maintaining restrooms and breakrooms. All work must adhere to NFPA 55 and 99 standards and manufacturer requirements. The contract period extends from the date of execution through September 30, 2027, with an option for a one-year renewal based on satisfactory performance and funding availability. Proposals must be submitted via email to Misty Turner by October 9, 2026, at 5:00 pm. Mandatory site visits were scheduled for September 29, 2026. Applicants must provide a proposal valid for 90 days, confirm resource availability, and certify that they have not been debarred or convicted of fraud within the last three years. Indian preference is granted to respondents who provide current certification from the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employments Office (TERO). The Cherokee Nation will not waive sovereign immunity, and the contract will be governed by the laws of the United States and the Cherokee Nation. Contractors may also provide optional pricing for deep cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and floor stripping or waxing.
