PURPOSEThe City of Muscatine is currently accepting proposals from qualified firms or individuals for the removal of the structure at 506 Spring St, including the abandonment of utilities and complete removal of the building foundation. The objective of this project is to remove the remnants of a single-family home that was abandoned. METHODThis solicitation is a Request for Proposals (RFP). Proposals submitted by the specified deadline will be considered based on the enclosed criteria.
