Full Description

This Notice to Contractors is for Job Order Contract JOC 25-55. A JOC is a competitively bid, firm fixed-priced, indefinite quantity contract. The scope of work includes a collection of detailed repair and construction tasks and specifications that have established unit prices. Contractors are bidding on a mark-up, not on a project cost. The University intends to award 2 separate JOC agreements under two separate solicitations at the same time, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for each solicitation for the accomplishment of repair, alteration, modernization, rehabilitation, demolition and minor construction of infrastructure, buildings, structures, or other public works. Bidder may bid separately on any or all of the contracts; however, only one contract may be awarded to any bidder. The apparent lowest responsive and responsible bidder shall be determined sequentially for each contract in the following order: JOC 25-54; JOC 25-55. The apparent lowest responsive and responsible bidder on each JOC contract will be excluded from consideration for successive contracts. JOC 25-54 and JOC 25-55 will have a maximum value of $3,000,000. The term of each JOC contract is 365 calendar days from the date of the first Notice to Proceed issued.
