Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. The Corrections and Conditional Release Act (CCRA) provides authority to CSC to demand that offenders wear a monitoring device in order to monitor their compliance with a condition of release. CSC requires an Electronic Monitoring (EM) Solution which must consist of: 1. Providing electronic monitoring devices and related equipment suitable for monitoring offenders who are in communities across Canada. 2. Providing a secure software solution that will enable CSC to monitor, maintain and report on information relating to the location of offenders. 3. Training CSC EM team staff on the correct operation and use of the monitoring tools, as well as the correct operation and use of the secure software solution. 4. Providing support services, as-and-when-requested, for the EM devices and related equipment and the secure software solution
