Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) under an existing Supply Arrangement (SA). As such, only pre-qualified suppliers who have been formally invited may access the RFP documents and submit a proposal for the provision of English-to-French translation services in the field Military Land Element (Tier 2). One contract will be awarded and will cover a volume of up to 3,000,000 words, allocated as follows: 1,500,000 words during the initial one-year contract period and up to an additional 1,500,000 words under the one-year irrevocable option period
