PROFESSIONAL SERVICES The City of Reading is seeking a consultant with expertise in the implementation and oversight of defined contribution plans in the municipal setting, including but not limited to the plan legal structure and design, identification and selection of plan investment options, and appropriate services to be offered to employees participating in the defined contribution plan. In addition, the City is seeking a fiduciary advisor to oversee and make recommendations with respect to plan investment options on a going forward basis. The term of the contract will be two years, with three additional one-year contract extensions at the City’s option. PROPOSAL SUBMISSION An electronic proposal, inclusive of all requested information and supporting documents, shall be submitted via the PennBid Program (www.penbid.net). Proposals shall be received until 2:00 PM. prevailing time on Thursday, August 29, 2024, at which time the proposal shall be opened publicly at the office of the Purchasing Coordinator.
