Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (“CMHC”) is a Crown Corporation, with a Board of Directors, reporting to Parliament through the Minister of Housing, Infrastructure and Communities. With this RFP CMHC is seeking prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of a cloud based Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) . The requirements include software, licences, on-going support (including training), documentation, maintenance, and implementation services, as further described in Sections A and B of the RFP Specifications (Appendix C). It is CMHC’s intention to enter into an agreement on a non-exclusive basis with the successful proponent. The term of the agreement resulting from this RFP is to be for an initial period of three (3) years, with an option to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional terms of up to one (1) year. A cumulative total of up to five (5) years.
