Case Management – Project Description
The Department of Human Services (DHS), on behalf of Allegheny County, is seeking Proposals for Case Management services to support families with children at risk of maltreatment or child welfare involvement. This Bonfire project is exclusively for proposers intending to deliver Case Management services under the Family Preservation Service array.
Proposers must upload their Case Management proposal to this specific Bonfire project. Submissions for Case Management uploaded to any other Family Preservation project (Agency-Delivered Home Management, Kin-Delivered Home Management or Parenting Skills) will be disqualified.
