Description: Canada Mortgage and Housing and Corporation (CMHC) requires Security Guard services for multiple locations across Canada.
The contract period will be for 3 years from September 27, 2024 to September 26, 2027 with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to two additional one-year periods.
Security: This solicitation contains a security requirement.
Basis of selection: Highest Combined Rating of Technical Merit and Price
Refer to the attached tender documents to obtain further information. CMHC retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
CMHC will make available bid solicitations and related documents for download through the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS) at https://canadabuys.canada.ca/en/tender-opportunities .
