1. IntroductionThe Town of North Wilkesboro is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced commercial cleaning service providers to provide janitorial and cleaning services for our facility located at 832 Main St, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659. The contract will be for an initial term of one year, with the option to renew annually, contingent upon performance and mutual agreement. Either party may terminate this agreement with a 30-day written notice.2. Scope of WorkThe selected vendor will be responsible for supplying all labor, equipment, and cleaning products required to ensure a clean, safe, and sanitary environment. Additionally, the vendor will be responsible for providing paper products and soap for all restrooms within Town Hall. Services will include, but are not limited to:Daily cleaning (Monday, Wednesday, Friday after 5:00 PM)Emptying trash on all floorsSweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all floorsCleaning and disinfecting restrooms on all floorsCleaning kitchen and breakroom areas on all floorsDusting surfaces and furnitureCleaning all entrance glass doorsMonthly servicesWindow cleaning (interior)Carpet cleaning (as needed)High dusting and vent cleaning (as needed)3.
