RFP Northern Indigenous Economic Opportunities Program Evaluation

The Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency (CanNor) is soliciting proposals to conduct a comprehensive summative evaluation of the Northern Indigenous Economic Opportunities Program (NIEOP), aimed at assessing its effectiveness, impact, and overall outcomes in supporting economic development for Indigenous communities across the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon.
