Lincoln Electric System is issuing this Request for Proposal for the purpose of determining if we should invest in upgrading hardware for our existing Cisco VoIP phone system or if another option is more cost-effective, less complex, and requires less administration. We would pursue one of the options in 2027. LES invites you to respond
Successful bidder will be required to complete (1) the LES Standard Services Contract; 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation; 3) Return a completed copy of the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Request Form, and 4) Return a completed copy of the Confidentiality and Security Agreement Form 790.
