RFP-PW-PUBLIC ART AT MINNESOTA STREET PROJECT

The City of Saint Paul, in partnership with Public Art Saint Paul, is soliciting proposals from professional artists or artist teams to design and install site-specific, permanent public artwork for the Minnesota St. Reconstruction Project. The project focuses on two enclosed skyway connections, Bridge 11 and Bridge 21, and requires the use of media appropriate for a skyway environment, such as glazing, lighting, flooring, or architectural surfaces.
