AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2026-04-07 at 2PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) on behalf of Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) for the provision of a Steam distillation system.
As a result of the solicitation process, PSPC intends to award one contract for a period of one year. The system must be delivered 2 months after contract award.
The offer must meet all the requirements of the evaluation to be declared compliant. Full details are found in the Request for Proposals document. In accordance with the Interim Policy on Reciprocal Procurement, only Canadian suppliers and Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner are eligible to submit an offer. Applicable trade agreement is CFTA. Should there be any discrepancies between the wording of this notice and the RFP, the RFP wording will prevail.
