RFP: Telephone System Replacement for the Town of Madison and Madison Public Schools

The Town of Madison and Madison Public Schools are soliciting proposals for the complete replacement of their existing Mitel telephone systems. The project scope includes the installation of a new primary and redundant Mitel phone server, replacement of handsets, a new voicemail system, and the implementation of a Primary Service Automatic Location Identification database to ensure 911 compliance. All provided equipment must be new and factory-sealed, and the contractor is required to maintain service continuity throughout the transition.
