See enclosed "Draft" Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government is interested in pursuing a Base plus 1 Option Year Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract. This requirement will be competed with Full and Open Competition and one contractor will receive the award. The Government is interested in pursuing a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside for this requirement in order to meet Socioeconomic Goals. In order to do so, adequate competition must be demonstrated by this Market Research effort. The NAICS for this requirement is 621330 - Offices of Mental Health Practitioners (except Physicians) with a Size Standard of $7.5M.
