RFP: TRASH, RECYCLING & LITTER SERVICES FOR THE 2026 CN HOLIDAY

The Cherokee Nation is soliciting proposals for Trash, Recycling, and Litter services to support the 2026 Cherokee National Holiday, with the solicitation number 164675 and a response deadline of June 24, 2026. The contract, classified under NAICS code 562111, requires vendors to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, and quality control necessary to manage waste and litter across key event locations including One Fire Field, Sequoyah Sports Complex, and the Cherokee Nation Cultural Grounds in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. General Liability coverage must provide $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, while Automobile Coverage must cover all owned, hired, and non-owned vehicles with a combined limit of $1,000,000 for bodily injury and property damage.
