The City has a need for on-call and emergency repair responder for water, wastewater andstormwater services. The City intends to select at least three firms in order to assure thatadequate resources will be available to complete all required emergency repairs. The City ofMissoula’s Procurement procedures dictate that a Request for Proposals process be used toidentify the most qualified firms to perform these services.The intent of this proposal is to identify a list of at least three (3) qualified firms to perform repairsto water, sewer or stormwater mains. This list will be referred to as the Utility Main InfrastructureRepair List. The City also intends to identify one (1) or more firms to provide services on minorsewer system repairs.
