The Army Contracting Command (ACC) New Jersey - Picatinny, on behalf of the Project Manager for Maneuver Ammunition Systems (PM-MAS), hereby issues a contract for 40mm Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) grenade ammunition. The purpose of this program is to meet the 40mm grenade ammunition integration, fabrication, and testing support requirements. The objectives are to assess enhanced lethality and accuracy technologies for legacy and future 40mm grenade ammunition, improved production and manufacturing capabilities for 40mm ammunition, and better life cycle management for 40mm grenade ammunition. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material, supplies, services, facilities, and equipment to perform the requirements contained herein.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       
This is a single Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity contract allowing for Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) and Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Task and Delivery Orders and will consist of five Ordering Periods.

The Government may require continued performance of any services within the limits and the rates specified in the contract. If the Government chooses to exercise this approach, then the Contractor Manpower Reporting Requirements will also apply.
