Full Description

The Long Beach Unified District (District) issues a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to invite contractors to perform construction services and preliminary (preconstruction) services for District projects pursuant to the lease-leaseback delivery method. (Ed. Code, § 17406.) The District intends to create and maintain for three (3) years a pool of qualified Contractors that the District intends to seek proposals from to perform these services. Any Contractor that may seek to contract with the District to perform construction services on projects when the District may utilize the lease-leaseback delivery method during this time period, must respond to this RFQ.
