The Project limits begin east of the I-16 Frontage Road from US 280 / SR 30 to near CR 11 / Jernigan Road (P.I. No. 0019452), where Cuyler Road will tie into the Frontage Road. This Project will be awarded to a Design-Builder utilizing a Two-Phase Best Value (Shortlist) method.
