All requested information, three volumes of your proposals must be emailed to durba.ray@dot.gov; cc brian.wiley.ctr@dot.gov prior to the close of the RFQ on May 26, 2026 at 2PM EST. Ensure to submit all requested information in the RFQ section L and also attachment 2 Past Performance questionnaires must be sent by the offeror's customer/reference directly to durba.ray@dot.gov prior to the close of the RFQ.
