REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Request for qualifications will be received by the Ascension Parish Government at the Ascension Parish Government Purchasing Office, 615 East Worthey St., Gonzales, LA 70737 until August 27, 2026 , at 3:00 p.m. (CT) for the following: Ascension Parish New 12 MGD Water Treatment Plant STATEMENT OF WORK Ascension Parish Government (Parish) hereby issues a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from engineering firms (Consultant) to provide professional engineering and architectural services for the New Twelve Million Gallons Per Day Water Treatment Plant Engineering Services for the Parish. The Parish is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for Professional Engineering Design & Related Services. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Parish is soliciting qualification statements for engineering, architectural and related services to assist the Parish with preliminary engineering, design engineering, and compliance with applicable grant funding requirements. The agreement will be on a cost reimbursement “ not to exceed ” basis, with payment terms to be negotiated with the selected offeror. Reimbursement for services will be contingent on the Parish receiving and approving grant approval. The maximum amount of engineering fees that can be supported by grant funds will be determined by the grantee and may require adjustments in the proposed contract amount. All questions regarding the RFQ shall be submitted to the Purchasing Department via email at purchasing@apgov.us by 3:00 p.m. local time (CT) on August 11, 2026 . Responses will be coordinated with the Project Coordinator and posted on the www.centralauctionhouse.com by 3:00 p.m. local time (CT) no later than August 18, 2026 . Firms/individuals who are interested in providing services requested under this RFQ must submit six (6) copies of the information specified in this section. The information shall be received in hard copy (printed) by: Ascension Parish Government, Purchasing Department, 615 East Worthy Street, Gonzales, LA 70737 on or before 3:00 p.m. (CT) on the date specified in the Schedule of Events. Electronic submittals are encouraged via http://www.centralauctionhouse.com ; however, six (6) hard copies must still be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of the Proposal submission deadline. The Parish is closed on Fridays, so hard copies may be received the next business day, which is typically Monday, unless Monday is a recognized holiday.
