Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the Q&A attachment and survey scans to the RFQ. Please refer to the survey scans and Q&A attachments for complete details.


The contractor shall provide debris removal services for an obstruction in the Quillayute River Federal
channel, Washington. The scope of work is for services to remove and dispose of a tree submerged in the
Quillayute River channel. The services provided under this contract are presented in detail in Part
5-Specific Tasks. See attached for further details.
