Full Description
This amendment is issued to incorporate FAR clauses 52.222-90, 52.240-1, and 52.223-23 into the solicitation. In addition, this amendment provides the Government's responses to all questions received from prospective offerors during the solicitation period.
This RFQ is set aside for small business concerns.
The US Geological Survey (USGS) is requesting discounted open-market firm-fixed price quotation packages for graphic designer services, in accordance with the Statement of Work located in RFQ. The posted RFQ contains the instructions to vendors, Statement of Work, applicable clauses, and additional attachments.
All vendors who can meet this requirement have a valid SAM UEI Number, and are registered
in the System for Award Management are invited to submit electronic quotes for this posted RFQ.
Quotation packages are due via email to the Contract Specialist, Patrick Anderson, at Patrick_anderson@ios.doi.gov no later than 1:00 PM Eastern, Wednesday, June 10, 2026.
