The New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) is seeking a qualified firm to develop an interactive online dashboard that visualizes the impact of water infrastructure investments across the state. The project aims to communicate the use of grant and loan funding from sources such as ARPA, the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, and State Revolving Funds to government officials, stakeholders, and residents. The scope of work includes the creation of a searchable interactive map of New Hampshire, data visualizations, interactive narratives, and a dedicated ARPA funding section. Additionally, the selected firm must produce a story map or similar communication tool and a comprehensive user guide to assist with public outreach. This is a five-year contract, with the first year focused on the initial development using project data from 2021 to the present, followed by four years of ongoing maintenance and updates. The contract will be executed under the Standard Terms and Conditions of the State of New Hampshire (Form P-37). Proposals are being evaluated based on project vision and methodology (40%), firm experience (25%), cost (25%), and the proposed schedule (10%).
