Scope: PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, permits, transportation, inspections, fees, taxes, prevailing wages, insurance, disposal, testing commissioning, and incidental services necessary to remove the existing five-ton air conditioning unit and furnish and install a new five-ton AC unit serving Behavioral Health 202 North 8th Street, El Centro on the 2nd floor. All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, building codes, mechanical codes, electrical codes, energy codes, manufacturer requirements. The Contractor shall coordinate all work to minimize disruption to Behavioral Health Services operations.
