State of California RFQ No. 132673 Type A & B Master Plan, Joint Forces Training Base Tender # 0000040245 Closing Date : 09/16/2026 at 12:00 PM Contact: Contact: Jordan Bernal Email: jordan.bernal@cmd.ca.gov Details: The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to provide services to develop a comprehensive Master Plan for JFTB Los Alamitos, including data collection, analysis, visioning, conceptual development, and final deliverables, following all CAARNG and UFC planning criteria. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov and shall include the Contracting Administrator listed in this RFQ as a copied recipient.
