Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is being offered as a 100% set-aside for small business competition, under NAICS 541330, and will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract Award.Total Ordering Period: The SATOC will have an ordering period of Five (5) years.Description of Work: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Savannah District, in support of the (U.S. Army Training Support Systems Execution Commands (ACOM?s) including Western Hemisphere Command (WHC) (formally known as FORSCOM), U.S. Army Reserve (USARC), and U.S. Special Operations Command (USASOC)), requires contractor support to provide engineering, technical, and program management services in support of the Army?s training support infrastructure and the Sustainable Range Program (SRP).The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, materials, and other resources necessary to perform non-personal services supporting the planning, assessment, modernization, sustainment, and management of Army training ranges and training support systems. Services to be performed under this contract may include, but are not limited to: ? Engineering and technical support for training range planning, modernization, and sustainment initiatives ? Technical support for the Live Fire Training Investment Strategy (LFTIS) and other range modernization programs ? Range capability assessments and infrastructure evaluations ? Engineering analysis and planning support for range modernization and sustainment projects ? Environmental and regulatory coordination associated with training range operations ? Development of technical studies, reports, and planning documentation related to range sustainment and modernization ? Program management and technical support for Sustainable Range Program initiatives ? Technical support for range instrumentation, targetry systems, and training support infrastructure ?
