RFQ - SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER FOR THE ASSESSOR ENTERPRISE MODERNIZATION PROGRAM

The County of San Diego is soliciting quotes for Senior Project Manager services to support the Assessor Enterprise Modernization Program. The anticipated contract structure consists of an initial one-year base period starting January 1, 2027, with four optional one-year extensions. All work must be performed exclusively on County-owned equipment and within County-managed networks. Required documentation includes the Cost/Price Exhibit, acceptance of the County's Draft Agreement, and various certification forms including the PC600, PC601, and PC610. Contractors are required to comply with Board Policy A-140 regarding Artificial Intelligence and Board Policy A-120 regarding zero tolerance for fraudulent conduct. Invoicing is handled electronically through the Contracting Officer’s Representative, and the contractor must maintain all performance records within San Diego County.
