Defence Construction Canada – Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a National Unexploded Explosive Ordnance (UXO) Source List at various location across Canada
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from UXO contractors to establish a National UXO SL to provide “as and when required” services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location(s) mentioned above.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFQ.
The SL will be for a period of one (1) year from July 27, 2023 (the date MECSL23 was established) with a maximum estimated value of $15,000,000.00. Commissions under the SL are expected to be valued between $100,000.00 and $500,000.00 with no maximum Commission limit. Refer to the RFQ document for additional information.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
