Early County School System (ECSS) requests proposals from qualified firms for the provisioning of an Energy Savings Performance Contract. Pursuant to GA Code: 50-37, ECSS is seeking qualifications from interested Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) capable of providing a comprehensive solution that will reduce energy and operational costs across school facilities. ECSS intends to upgrade outdated facilities as well as controls and equipment across its facilities.
