The University of Washington Applied Physics Laboratory (APL-UW) is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to provide one complete custom shipboard A-Frame system, including structural components, winches, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic power unit (HPU), hydraulic control system, hydraulic hoses, factory acceptance testing, and required documentation. Refer to the RFQQ and Appendices for complete requirements. Proposals shall be submitted through this Workday Strategic Sourcing event. Responses should include: Completed questionnaires; Completed pricing worksheet; Required attachments and certifications; and Technical and supporting documentation as requested within the event. Before submitting a proposal, suppliers should review the RFQQ and all appendices. Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that all required information, attachments, and pricing are fully completed and successfully submitted prior to the event closing date and time. Late or incomplete submissions may be rejected. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted through the WSS Message Center by the deadline identified in the RFQQ. The University anticipates issuing responses to supplier questions and any resulting addenda on or about July 28, 2026. Suppliers are responsible for reviewing all addenda and solicitation updates prior to submitting a proposal. How to Respond Review the RFQQ and all attachments. Complete all questionnaire sections. Complete the pricing worksheet. Upload all required documents. Review your response for completeness before final submission. The University intends to evaluate responses based on the information entered into this event and the documents uploaded by the supplier.
