PURPOSE: The University of Washington (UW), is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified architectural firms to provide predesign and concept-design services for the South & West Campus Expansion — Phase 1 Project. The selected consultant will serve as the lead design and integration consultant and will provide concept-level design, programming, site and massing studies, multidisciplinary coordination, and decision-support documentation sufficient to support UW capital planning, future procurement, and implementation decisions. PREBID MEETING (optional): Friday, August 14, 2026, 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM Pacific Time via Zoom. Attendance is optional. QUESTION DUE DATE: Friday, August 28, 2026, 3:00 PM Pacific Time STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS DUE DATE: Friday, September 25, 2026, 3:00 PM Pacific Time ESTIMATED TIME PERIOD FOR CONTRACT: The anticipated period of performance is approximately ten (10) months following execution of the Agreement. The selected consultant will perform Phase 1 predesign and concept-design services in accordance with the Scope of Work, schedule, and milestones established in the final Agreement. BIDDER ELIGIBILITY: This solicitation is open to architectural firms and similarly qualified firms that satisfy the minimum qualifications stated herein and are available to perform services in Washington State. Respondents must satisfy all minimum qualifications, complete all required questions, and upload all required documents in order to be considered responsive to this solicitation. Respondents are responsible for reviewing all solicitation documents, addenda, and clarifications prior to submitting their Statement of Qualifications. NOTE: Solicitation documents are presented for information only. Firms must click on the “BID” link to access the message portal and receive email updates regarding the event.
