Public Services and Procurement Canada, acting on behalf of the Translation Bureau, is issuing a Request for Supply Arrangements to renew its pool of qualified suppliers for official languages translation services. This ongoing opportunity allows suppliers to apply for inclusion in one or more tiers and to select from seventy specified fields of work, with no deadline for initial qualification beyond the broader solicitation period ending in 2031. Suppliers currently holding a Supply Arrangement under EN966-140305 are not required to reapply unless they wish to expand into additional fields or higher tiers. The government will conduct quarterly evaluations to assess supplier performance and eligibility, ensuring continued alignment with translation needs across federal departments. The solicitation, identified as WS5665734815 and posted on the Government Electronic Tendering Service, is open to suppliers with capabilities in the NAICS code 541930 and is managed by the Department of Public Works and Government Services. All work under this arrangement will be performed across Canada, with no restricted geographic location, and suppliers must be prepared to support official language translation requirements for the federal government. Contracting authority for this initiative is Myriam Sigouin of PSPC, who serves as the primary point of contact for inquiries. The supply arrangements established through this solicitation will remain active until the response deadline in 2031, providing a long-term framework for securing translation services as needed. Suppliers are encouraged to review the full terms on the CanadaBuys portal and submit their applications to ensure eligibility for future translation taskings under the government’s official languages obligations.
