RFSQ General Contractor for new Elementary School at Baycrest

The Toronto Catholic District School Board is conducting a Stage 1 prequalification process under solicitation RFSQ-001-27 to identify general contractors for the construction of a new elementary school at 145 Baycrest Ave. The project, estimated at 25 million dollars, involves the construction of a two-storey building of 5,524 square meters designed for 500 pupils and a five-room childcare center. The scope includes a concrete foundation, masonry, steel, and precast substructure, as well as site works such as landscaping, parking, and underground utilities.
