This is a Sources Sought Notice and is for market research purposes only. This Is Not A Request For Proposal, Quotation Or Invitation for Bid. No Solicitation Is Currently Available. If a solicitation is issued it will be announced at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this sources sought announcement.  The Government will not be held accountable for any costs incurred in response to this sources sought announcement


The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, material, design and supervision to provide and deliver approximately 8,001 tons of hot mix asphalt (HMA), and 8,072 gallons of Bituminous Tack and Prime Coats.  Contractor shall also provide field and laboratory quality control testing, as required by the Government. Please see attached SOW for more information. 


All interested, capable and qualified contractors are encouraged to reply to this sources sought notice. Interested contractors are requested to submit a narrative demonstrating their experience in projects of similar nature as described in the SOW. Narratives shall be no longer than 4 pages. All responses are required to be emailed to the point of contact (POC) listed below.


All interested parties are requested to provide the following information in their response:


(1) Name of Company


(2) Email address and phone number of the main point of contact


(3) Business size, socio-economic status and Cage Code


(4) System of Award Management (SAM) Information


(5) Narrative explaining your interest, capability and qualification to meet this requirement


(6) Any additional information that is pertinent to this requirement that the Government should be made aware of.
