Rigdon Center Roof Restoration and Repairs

The Board of County Commissioners of Okaloosa County, Florida, is soliciting bids for the restoration of the metal roof at the Rigdon Center located at 1958 Lewis Turner Blvd, Fort Walton Beach. The project involves applying a fluid-applied waterproofing membrane system using Polyurethane resin coatings, specifically a synthetic rubber cold-applied coating, to various sections of the roof. The areas covered include the foyer (3,200 square feet), the Doolittle sections A1 and A2 (17,500 square feet), and the Bowlegs bathroom area (1,100 square feet).
