2. Bryan County is seeking Competitive Sealed Proposals from qualified Contractors to provide right-of-way mowing services. The Contractor shall provide all materials and services necessary in the performance of this bid. Bryan County does not guarantee a minimum value for this contract. This contract will consist of mowing and maintaining 120 miles (240 lane miles) of County rights-of-way (9) nine times per year (monthly). This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to identify a qualified contractor with a proven successful performance record of the services specified in this RFP.

4. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, the rights to reject any or all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids and to reject the Bid of any Bidder if Owner believes that it would not be in the best interest of the County to make an award to that Bidder, whether because the Bid is not responsive or the Bidder is unqualified or of doubtful financial ability or fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by the Owner.
