The National Research Council Canada (NRC) requires Rip Rap Slope Native Plants Restoration Project at 5071 West Saanich Road Victoria, BC. The contract period will be for three years from the date of contract. The anticipated start date is January 2026. Mandatory Site Visit: It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held. Meet Marilyn Bell at the main entrance at the National Research Council, 5071 Chemin West Saanich Victoria, British Colombia. V9E 2E7 on December 15th 2025. The site visit will begin at 1:00PM - PST. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. Basis of selection: Lowest evaluated price Tenders must be submitted to the NRC Bid Receiving Unit at: NRC.BidReceiving-ReceptiondesSoumissions.CNRC@nrc-cnrc.gc.ca Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bidding process. Bidders should submit their request to the contracting authority within 15 working days of receiving the results of the bidding process. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone, or via MS Teams. Refer to the attached tender documents to obtain further information. Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
