Copies of Bidding Documents for the Riverfront Storm Sewer Lining project are available online and at no cost via the PennBid Program at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com. NOTE: The Council of Columbia Borough have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Columbia Borough.
