Riverside Sheriffs' Association Benefit Trust Project

The 7.92 acre project site is located on the south east corner of Dinah Shore Drive and Key Largo Avenue. The project site is proposed to be developed with eight buildings with some detached and others attached for a total of 67,592 square feet. A total of 319 parking spaces with 1 loading space are provided for the site and 65 of these spaces will be shaded with carports. Access to the site is provided through a central drive aisle connecting Key Largo Avenue to the drive aisle of the adjacent shopping center. The Riverside Sheriffs' Association Benefit Trust Project would develop office facilities and commercial uses totaling approximately 67,592 square feet. The project includes the development of eight (8) buildings, surface parking, onsite circulation, three (3) underground water quality basins, and landscaping. The northern portion of the site would contain three (3) one-story commercial buildings and associated parking. The southern portion of the site would contain five (5) one-story buildings and include a central mixed-use plaza, multi-purpose field, and associated parking. The Tentative Parcel Map (TPM39444) proposes to subdivide the project site into four parcels. The 7.92 acre project site is located southeast from the intersection of Dinah Shore Drive and Key Largo Avenue within the City of Rancho Mirage (APN: 685-090-010).
