RO UNIT WITH MANUAL FRESH WATER FLUSH

The U.S. Navy’s Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound is seeking a firm, fixed-price contract for one RO UNIT, PURE WATER SEMI MODULE, PWSM-800, 440/3/60, SEMI-MO with manual fresh water flushing, to be delivered on or before January 11, 2027, to U.S. Navy SRF-JRMC Sasebo, Japan. This procurement is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 333914, and only registered small businesses are eligible to respond. A detailed specification sheet is mandatory for any offer to be considered, and full compliance with all technical, packaging, marking, and identification requirements is required. The item must be uniquely identified in accordance with MIL-STD-130 and marked per MIL-STD-129, with machine-readable data verified using DoD-approved automatic identification technology. Deliveries must comply with ASTM-D-3951 for packaging, prohibit certain materials like asbestos and loose fill polystyrene, and require heat-treated wood packaging certified by an ALSC-recognized agency. The contractor must use the Wide Area WorkFlow system for all payment requests and receiving reports, applying the designated DoDAACs for routing, and ensure shipments are fully traceable with individual package identification numbers if shipped via UPS or FedEx. Delivery is FOB government origin, and the government will arrange and pay for all transportation through NAVSUP WSS.
