The Parish of Livingston hereby invites sealed Bids for  Road Materials – Natural Sand & Washed Gravel   Complete bid documents may be obtained, without charge, from the Parish President’s Office, Purchasing Dept, Parish of Livingston, 29261 S. Frost Rd., 2nd Flr, Livingston, LA 70754.   All written Bids unless otherwise provided for must be submitted on, and in accordance with forms provided and properly signed. Bids submitted in any other form may be rejected. Bidders may elect to submit bids electronically via the internet. Electronic bids for the Parish of Livingston are available for submission at 1 Electronic bidder online will be charged a fee by Central Auction House. In addition, bidders shall be required to obtain a digital signature certificate prior to submitting bids online.   To assure consideration of your bid, all bids and addenda should be returned in an envelope or package clearly marked with the bid opening date and the bid number as follow:   Road Materials – Natural Sand & Washed Gravel   Bids will be received no later than 1:00p.m., Monday, June 15, 2026, at the Parish President’s Office, 2nd Flr Conference Room, Parish of Livingston, 29261 S. Frost Rd, Livingston, LA 70754. After this date and time, there will not be any bids received.   Bidders may attend the bid opening.  All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud by a designated representative at the above stated date and time.   The Parish of Livingston reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any and all bids and to waive any and all technicalities and informalities in accordance with the state law.   The Parish of Livingston is an Equal Opportunity Employer.   Jennifer W.
