The Supply and Delivery of Guard Rail
Solicitation # 119-2025-3
The Government of Saskatchewan, through its Highways division under the Saskatchewan Public Sector, is issuing a continuous onboarding solicitation for the supply and delivery of guard rail under RFSQ 119-2025-3, which is a repost of RFSQ 119-2025 originally posted in March 2026. This solicitation serves as an ongoing opportunity for qualified suppliers to participate in the procurement process, with no deadline for initial submission as responses are accepted until March 31, 2031. Suppliers previously prequalified under the original RFSQ 119-2025 are not required to resubmit; the current list of approved suppliers can be found in the original award details. All participation must occur through the Government Enterprise Management system, where suppliers must be registered to access documents, submit inquiries, receive updates, and formally respond. Registration is mandatory and can be completed via the GEM Supplier Portal. The procurement is conducted electronically through the GEM platform, which requires suppliers to create an account to download competition documents, access amendments or clarifications, and submit bids. No physical or alternative submission methods are permitted. Information regarding the solicitation, including amendments and addenda, is exclusively posted on GEM, and suppliers are responsible for monitoring the portal regularly. For support, inquiries may be directed to the provided email address. The place of performance is limited to Saskatchewan, and the solicitation does not include a set-aside designation or NAICS code, making it open to all eligible suppliers who meet the registration and qualification requirements through the GEM system.
