CONSTRUCTION OF A SURFACING STRUCTURE on Highway No. 4 from 0.30 km south of the Saskatchewan Landing Provincial Park Access Road to 60 m north of Railway Avenue in The Town of Kyle; for a TOTAL DISTANCE OF 21.70 km. Bidders shall submit all inquiries pertaining to the Bid Package documents a minimum of 3 business days prior to close of bidding directed to: Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement RFXquestions@gov.sk.ca Bidders may request a debriefing session from Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement by emailing constructionsbp@gov.sk.ca within 30 days after the award notification date. The intention of the debriefing is to aid the Bidder by identifying areas of improvement that may be applied to subsequent procurement opportunities.
